Not every event needs all the bells and whistles. Sometimes, you just need something that keeps the rain off and the day ticking along. That’s where gazebo hire comes in.
For quick, simple cover—whether it’s a back garden get-together or community event—hiring a solid, good-quality gazebo makes all the difference. You stay dry, the food stays dry, and the guests? Still smiling three hours in.
At Beaumont Marquees, we offer gazebo hire designed to be easy. No long-winded quotes. No complicated extras. Just solid shelter, delivered and positioned right where you need it.
When Does Gazebo Hire Make Sense?
Let’s be realistic—full-size marquees are brilliant, but sometimes overkill.
For smaller spaces or events where you’re not trying to fit the whole party inside, a gazebo does the job nicely. They’re especially useful for:
- Garden parties
- BBQs and lunches
- Christenings and informal gatherings
- Outdoor bars or food stations
- Stall cover at local markets or school events
- Shelter for bands or DJs
- Smoking or chill-out areas at weddings
- Emergency weather cover
You can’t trust a gazebo from the local supermarket to stay up during a properly breezy afternoon—but ours are a different story. These structures are solid, weather-friendly and don’t flap about when a gust rolls through.
Fast to Set Up, Easy to Move
Our gazebos are:
- Fast to install
- Compact enough for driveways, patios and small gardens
- Tough enough to handle wind and rain
- Available with or without sides
- Clean, sturdy and professionally maintained
Need it as a standalone? Great.
Need to link it next to a marquee, building or patio door? Also doable.
We’ve installed gazebos in tight courtyards, down narrow alleys, and next to catering vans more times than we can count.
If it’s a quick fix or a simple setup, it usually starts with a gazebo.
What Sizes Are Available?
The most common size we provide is a 3m x 3m or 3m x 6m frame—good for:
- 10 to 20 people standing
- A buffet table and drinks area
- DJ setup or sound gear
- Pop-up cocktail bars
- Sheltering band kits or performers
If you’re trying to figure out what fits your space or how many you need, we’ll talk you through it. You don’t have to guess—or worse, end up on the garden centre panic-buy run the morning of your event.
Need Sides, Flooring or Lighting?
Not sure what extras you’ll need? No problem. Most people don’t always think of flooring or sides straight away—but depending on your setup, they can make a big difference.
Optional add-ons include:
- Sidewalls (plain or windowed)
- Groundsheet or flooring tiles
- Soft string lighting (great for informal evenings)
- Weights and added ground pegs
- Heaters (perfect for autumn hire)
We’ll let you know what’s genuinely useful and what’s probably not needed, based on the plan you’ve got.

Got guests arriving this weekend and the forecast has turned?
We offer last-minute gazebo hire wherever possible, with fast turnaround and flexible delivery slots. If we’ve got the stock and a team nearby, there’s a good chance we can squeeze it in.
We’ve done setups on the same day, the night before, and even during events that were already underway (don’t ask—it worked out).
Short-Term, Long-Term & One-Offs
Not everything is a one-day event.
- Need a gazebo up for a full weekend?
- Hosting recurring community events?
- Want to keep a cover up for a few days for family coming and going?
We’ll work around how long you need it up, and plan collection times accordingly. You won’t be rushed, and you won’t be waiting around for takedown.
Quick Q&A
Do you install the gazebo for us?
Yes. Delivery, setup and removal are handled by our crew.
Can I hire more than one gazebo?
Of course. We can join two together for wider coverage too.
What if I’ve got limited access?
We’ve dealt with courtyards, alleyways, steep steps and awkward fences. Send us a picture—we’ll be honest about what’s possible.
Is it secure in bad weather?
Much more than a stock gazebo. Ours are weighted and fixed correctly, and we’ll only advise a hire if it’s safe to do so.
